The new boutique hotel finished a $28-million restoration in October.…BBG-BBGM recently finished its renovation of the W New York, the brand's first property.

The Riviera Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, CA recently completed a $70-million renovation, highlighted by a dramatic entryway, a lighting scheme marked by edgy an oversized crystal chandeliers, Andy Warhol-inspired portraits of the resort's celebrity clientele (Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Debbie Reynolds, Cher, Dean Martin, Marilyn Monroe, to name a few), and a vibrant color scheme of lemon yellow, deep orange, fuchsia, gold, silver, chartreuse and bright white throughout.
