The latest installment of Lodging Hospitality's Design Awards contest returns April 15 and we need your help in identifying the year's latest and greatest projects. The only qualifications are the property must have been built or renovated in 2008, somewhere in the U.S. We'll consider hotels of all shapes and sizes, from the $200-million resort to the 56-room independent boutique to a roadside motel. Please email Managing Editor Eric Stoessel at eric.stoessel@penton.com with your nominations by March 11 or mail to Lodging Hospitality Design Awards, Penton Media, 1300 E. 9th St., Cleveland, OH 44114. Nominations must include:

• the name and location of the property;

• the developer and/or ownership group;

• the designers or firms involved;

• details of the project (cost, size of property, design basics and highlights;

• a couple examples of what makes it unique;

• five to eight high-resolution images highlighting the hotel (please include an exterior, lobby and a couple guestroom shots; and note these may be published if the project is chosen for an award);

• and the name and contact information of the person nominating the project.

Nominations will be accepted from PR firms, representatives of the hotel or brand and design firms. A press release or media kit would suffice if it includes all of the required information.
