In the heart of New York City's Theater District, I recently enjoyed a front-row seat to one of the largest hotel renovations going on in the Big Apple.
The historic, 1,300-room Milford Plaza Hotel is receiving a top-to-bottom upgrade that, last month, you couldn't miss - especially, if you were in the right spot.
I watched (and cringed a little) as workers dangled high above Eighth Avenue and 44th Street on a windy day from my 28th-floor room at the InterContinental Times Square hotel. Click here for the full story.
