To arm developers, owners, buyers and sellers with the information they need to make informed investment decisions, the editors of Lodging Hospitality create an annual who's who of hotel branding, management, development and purchasing.
Our Top of the Top feature, published twice a year (June and December) in print and available online at www.LHonline.com throughout the year, lists the 50 largest hotel brands in the U.S. by number of rooms, the 50 largest management companies (again, in the U.S. by number of rooms operated) and the largest purchasing companies serving the hotel development and operations communities. We also present a directory of management companies, owners and developers with contact information for each company.
Our online offering will soon be even stronger. This month, we'll roll out the Hotel Development Center as a key resource for owners or developers looking to build, buy, renovate or find management for hotel properties.
