Best Western The membership organization added the Best Western Olathe Hotel & Suites in Kansas; the Best Western Evergreen Inn & Suites in Federal Way, WA; the Best Western Livingston (TX) Inn & Suites; the Best Western Jamaica (NY) Inn; the Best Western La Porte (IN) Hotel and Conference Center; the Best Western Coliseum Inn & Suites in Hampton, VA; the Best Western Wine Country Hotel & Suites in Westbank, BC; and the Best Western White House (TN) Inn & Suites.

Carlson The $17-million, 154-room Radisson Hotel Yuma opened in Arizona last month, and Country Inn & Suites properties opened in Lakeland, FL and Charlotte, FL.

Choice Carolina Hotels and Resorts opened a 103-room Cambria Suites in Raleigh, NC.

Boomerang Hotels GuestHouse International Inn & Suites added locations in Wichita, KS; Kansas City; Florence, KY; and Fort Collins, CO after conversions. A new-build Settle Inn & Suites opened in Fargo, ND, adding up to a 10-percent growth in January for the newly named company.

Hilton The redesigned Naples Grande Beach Resort in Florida joined the Waldorf Astoria Collection. The Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown opened, as did Homewood Suites properties in Shreveport, LA; Macon, GA; and Houston.

Hyatt The Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown celebrated its grand opening last month in Florida.

IHG Hotel Indigo opened its fourth Florida property with the Hotel Indigo Miami Lakes. Holiday Inn Express hotels opened in Ottawa, ON and Clovis, GA last month and another will open this month in Merced, CA. Pride Hospitality recently opened the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baton Rouge East and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lafayette South, both in Louisiana. The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis-Airport opened after a conversion from a Holiday Inn Select.

Marriott International Courtyard by Marriott added locations in Omaha, NE; Lafayette, IN; Vicksburg, MS; Fitchburg, MA; Greensboro, NC; and the Courtyard Boston Logan Airport, with 356 rooms, became the largest in New England after a recent conversion from a Holiday Inn. Fairfield Inn & Suites added properties in Spanish Fort, AL; Conway, AR; Tampa, FL; and Sebastopol, CA. The SpringHill Suites Salt Lake City Airport recently opened.

Starwood The Royal Hawaiian recently reopened as part of the Luxury Collection after extensive renovations. The iconic “Pink Palace” has 592 rooms located right on Waikiki Beach. The W Atlanta-Downtown Hotel & Residences opened with 237 guestrooms and 74 branded residences. The Aloft Tempe became the first hotel to open in the Arizona city in 10 years, while the Aloft Washington National Harbor is scheduled to open in Maryland this spring.

Vantage Hospitality The Lexington Hotel New Orleans Airport opened last month with 166 rooms.
