LaSalle Hotels Posts 10% Rise in Revenues

REIT Reports Wider Loss in Q4
Bethesda-based LaSalle Hotel Properties, which made six hotel acquisitions in 2010, saw full-year revenue rise 10 percent and forecasts strong gains for 2011, driven by acquisitions and a recovering hotel industry. In 2010, LaSalle had $600.4 million in revenue, compared to $542.6 million in 2009. The company reported a wider fourth-quarter loss, however. Click here for the full story.
