VA Timeshare Sued for Missing Water Park

From The Virginia Gazette
VA Timeshare Sued for Missing Water Park
Nearly 500 timeshare owners have joined in a single lawsuit against Colonial Crossings, York County, VA, seeking $30 million for being misled about a nonexistent water park.

The developer, Land’Or of Williamsburg, is listed as a defendant along with the timeshare homeowners association. Land’Or touted an indoor water park called “Cascade Taverns” in the spirit of Great Wolf Lodge. It was supposed to span 22,000 square feet and feature six heated indoor and outdoor pools when done by 2007. Click here for the full story.
