Hyatt Hotels & Resorts recently launched Canvas, a signature wine brand developed in partnership with Folio Wine Partners of Napa Valley, CA. The family of winemaker Michael Mondavi owns Folio.

The line includes three varietals — Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay — and will be served in restaurants, bars and in-room dining at all Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Resorts in the U.S. Later this year, Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites properties will begin serving Canvas.
