The Atlanta-based Budgetel Franchise System last month announced a limited-time jump start incentive program aimed at attracting new franchisees to the upper economy limited-service chain.

Under the program, new licensees receive a 25-percent reduction in monthly fees and no transfer fees during the first two years of operation; cash back on new construction projects; and access to flexible financing terms from two lending partners, Haven Trust Bank and High Trust Bank.

Last year, Mike and R.C. Patel purchased rights to the Budgetel name and franchise operations from The Blackstone Group and relaunched the brand as a franchise-friendly alternative.
