The breakfast and exercise room offerings have been updated to reflect today's lifestyle changes (i.e., more proteins and fewer carbs on the breakfast menu, and the addition of resistance training to the standard aerobic facilities). Within the guestroom itself, the bed and bedding have been upgraded. Currently, the new standards include: Suite Dreams
Homewood Suites by Hilton has become an easy sell during the past few years, as evidenced by the upscale extended-stay brand's frequent opening of new properties, and its designation as one of the fastest growing extended-stay brands in the industry**. The brand currently has 150 hotels open with 89 in the pipeline, and 30 are expected to open by the end of the year. And to further the expansion possibilities for the brand, a new urban prototype has been created, using a shotgun studio suite layout, specifically for rehab projects in downtown urban locations where the brand's signature side-by-side suite configuration is just not feasible.
