Summer Sizzles is a new seasonal cocktail offering from Omni Hotels. The 45 properties in the Texas-based chain offer four new cocktails during different time periods during the summer:

• Pomegranate Margarita, which was available from May 25 to June 21, is a mix of tequila, pomegranate liqueur and fresh lemon and lime juices;

• Zentini, available June 22 to July 12, is a combination of citrus vodka and green tea liqueur, topped with a splash of white cranberry juice;

• Pyrate Reserve Tea, a sweet concoction available July 13 to Aug. 2, is made of rum, Cointreau, sweet and sour and a splash of Coke; and

• Cadillac Margarita, available between Aug. 3-31, is a mix of tequila, Cointreau, lemon and lime juices and a hint of Grand Marnier.

The chain also developed non-alcoholic versions of the drinks that are offered to guests in the lobbies of the hotels.
