Hersha Hospitality Management and Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants were looking for a simpler way to streamline data and become more profitable and efficient. ProfitSword's ProfitSage Financial Suite provided the answer to both companies.

ProfitSage, a business intelligence solution, integrates data flow from various systems — property management, point-of-sale, sales automation, payroll/timekeeping and back office accounting — to create revenue reports, detailed forecasts, line-by-line budgets and other reports.

ProfitSword provides its service to 67 of Hersha's properties and all of Larkspur's 23 hotels and six restaurants.

Each part of ProfitSage interfaces with the others and the entire system is web-based, allowing users to view information in real time. Managers will always have the information they need at their fingertips.
