Greenbrier Cooks up Camaraderie
Soon, conference clients of the Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, WV, can be rolling in dough — literally, that is — if they opt to for a pasta dough making session designed for the business team that “kneads to bond.”
The new series of culinary team-building courses is a marriage of the resort's expertise in the culinary arts and a history of hosting meetings for groups of 10 to 1,200.
“Team building is a much requested group activity for the many diverse meetings we host annually,” says Jerry Wayne, vice president, sales and marketing, The Greenbrier. “We offer a range of team activities designed to enhance communication, cooperation and problem-solving skills, including golf programs, ropes climbing courses and white water rafting. Now we can also leverage our highly accomplished culinary arts staff and offer team building exercises in an indoor, non-confrontational environment.”
