IDeaS, Kimpton Pact
Revenue optimization solutions from IDeaS are rolling out into three of the 39 properties in the Kimpton Hotel Group. The initial rollout covers the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco and the Hotel Monacos in Chicago and Denver.
Jimmy Suh, vice president of revenue management and distribution for Kimpton, says he chose IDeaS because it now offers an ASP solution and because it can be centrally deployed with Kimpton's Pegasus central reservations system. Key IDeaS appeals include software tools enabling regional managers to centrally manage channels and control hotel clusters.
