Inncom International presents INNcontrol II, new software that the company says enables hotel staff to view and control a single guestroom, multiple guestrooms or the entire hotel within a “quick view.”

Inncom recently completed installation of INNcontrol II at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong.

According to Inncom, the new software package can control, monitor and manage information from many guest-room components. Data are automatically collected and processed from each component, allowing the system to generate real time reports covering fields such as service calls, occupancy, temperature, equipment operation and staff performance.
