Daytona Beach, FL hospitality company Oceans Resorts changed its name recently to Ocean Waters. The private company operates more than 30 hotels and resorts along the Atlantic coast of Florida.

Sister company Ocean Waters Development is completing a $70-million renovation of the landmark Plaza Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach and will soon begin construction of a new 33-story, 336-room resort in Daytona.

The company is also expanding into retail, spa, office, multi-family residential, land development and restaurants.
