The Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach and the Outrigger Reef on the Beach will use GuestWare software to manage guest profiles and guest recognition and for rapid response and incident tracking.

At both Hawaii hotels, GuestWare will replace existing manual systems, automatically building and maintaining a database of repeat guests using data from Stellex. This means that Outrigger associates will be able to access a guest profile containing demographics and visit history from any access screen.

The GuestWare software also will replace manual guest response systems, allowing the hotels to provide a fast, reliable way to log, dispatch and follow up on reported issues.
