The recently renovated Pan Pacific San Francisco hopes to “box” out the competition with new, complimentary amenities that cater to both business and leisure guests.

The hotel's “virtual office box” includes notepads, scissors, pens, highlighters, tape, CDs (for burning), stapler/staples/staple remover, calculator, paper clips, sticky notes and ruler. The “leisure/spa box” brims with such luxuries as a scented candle, massage tools, water, spa products, consumer magazines and more.

Pan Pacific also claims to be the only hotel in the city that provides the complimentary services of a team of butlers for every guest. In addition to catering to most any personal request, standard butler services include: ironing, mending and altering garments; running errands; shining shoes; packing up and shipping special commodities acquired on the trip; and more.
