Starting this month, Radisson Hotels & Resorts offers complimentary high-speed Internet access in all its Americas guestrooms. There is no program to join to obtain connectivity and, depending on the technological infrastructure of the property, HSIA is either hard-wired or wireless.

Radisson SAS properties in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Radisson Edwardian Hotels in the United Kingdom, provide the same HSIA service.

According to Bjorn Gullaksen, Radisson's executive vice president and brand leader, the new offering complements another Radisson amenity: the ability for guests to print securely from their Internet-enabled devices.

Radisson properties in the Americas also provide HSIA in their public spaces; rates for such connectivity vary by property and market.
