The SMS Host hospitality management system from PAR Springer-Miller Systems has been selected by The Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa in Fort Myers, FL and the Inn at St. John's in suburban Detroit.

SMS Host includes more than 20 seamlessly integrated, guest-centric modules, according to Springer-Miller Systems. It is designed to provide hotel/resort staff with the tools required to personalize service, anticipate guest needs and exceed guest expectations, the software company says.

The Beverly Hills Plaza is a 116-room property on Wilshire Boulevard. The Sanibel is an 85-acre resort on Florida's West Coast, and the Inn at St. John's is a 118-unit property known for golf, corporate conferences and wedding receptions.
