The LE Pipeline consists of ground-up new hotel construction, condo hotels and real estate conversion projects that, when opened, will add to the future supply of guestrooms. The pipeline includes only those projects: announced into the public domain: having dedicated land parcels and are actively pursued by the developer as of the close of the first quarter of 2008.
