Construction on the first phase of 55 villas starts in July. The entire project will be finished in 2009….Fairfield Resorts last month started sales on its newest property in Hawaii, the Fairfield Hawaii at Waikiki Beach Walk. The property is the former OHANA Reef Towers Hotel that's undergoing a $54-million renovation project to create 195 vacation ownership units. The timeshare property opens in December….Shell Hospitality recently honored The Legacy Golf Resort, a 328-unit property in Phoenix, with its Management Team Appreciation Award. The property has been an RCI Gold Crown resort since its opening six years ago….Starwood Vacation Ownership plans to add 190 timeshare units at its Sheraton Vistana Villas in Orlando.
