Kaivac, Inc. appointed three sales directors in its North American operations: Kevin Mullins, sales director-western region; Mike Perazzo, sales director-national accounts; and Tim Wolf, sales director-eastern region.

American Hotel Furnishings, a division of American Hotel Register Co. was contracted by Fox/Atkins Development to provide interior design and ff&e procurement services for the planned I Hotel and Conference Center project at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The 126-room hotel is under construction with opening slated for August 2008.
David C. Sampson joined Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP as managing partner of the new Los Angeles office. He previously was with Baker Hostetler as managing partner of its Los Angeles office.
