Oxford Media, Inc. appointed Yogi Rawal as eastern regional sales director. Prior to joining Oxford Media, he was national director of sales for Comcast's Hospitality One and a vice president and partner with TrioState Technology.

In other news, Oxford Media has signed agreements with five additional hotels for the purchase and installation of its digital video-on-demand and pay-per-view entertainment system. The five hotels are: AmericInn, Greenbay, WI; Ramada Inn, Salt Lake City, UT; La Quinta Inn & Suites, Eugene, OR; Howard Johnson, Torrance, CA; and the Guest Hotel & Suites, Calexico, CA.

Amber Anthony Fox joined Signature Worldwide as regional sales manager. Fox most recently was with Accor North America as a senior manager.

LodgeNet Entertainment Corp. named James G. Naro as senior vice president, general counsel. Naro previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of DIRECTV Latin America, LLC.

Best Manufacturing Group LLC is mourning the loss of Lester Maslow, who died June 4. Lester ran Best from the 1950s until 2001, when at the age of 87 he sold the company to current Best Mfg. chairman and CEO, Scott Korman.

Pro-Link hired Doug Leaman as vice president of sales. Leaman has worked in the jansan industry for more than 35 years.

Don Massagli joined Horwath Hospitality & Leisure as managing director for the national consulting practice, based in Chicago. He is a 35-year veteran of the hospitality industry who most recently has been a consultant.

Passkey appointed Bill Oates, the former senior vice president and CIO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., to the company's board of directors. Passkey will also serve as head of Passkey's technology committee.
