STR recently formed STR Analytics to provide clients with in-depth and comprehensive analysis of STR products, including performance, census and pipeline databases. The firm will be based in Boulder, CO and headed by Greg Hartmann, former managing director of HVS' Boulder office. Also joining the new firm are Steve Hennis and Carter Wilson.

Paul Sexton joined HREC Investment Advisors as vice president in charge of the firm's new Orlando office.

Aries Capital promoted Jeffrey Bucaro to senior vice president. He oversees the firm's debt placement business for CMBS transactions and manages the company's other correspondent relationships.

Colliers International named Mark Zehner as senior managing director of the firm's U.S. property management division. Most recently, he oversaw leasing and property management operations in southern California and Phoenix for RREEF.
