Richard Reyer and Dick Wheeler joined Bittel USA as vice presidents of sales for the distributor of guestroom telephones. Reyer brings more than 30 years experience to the company, previously holding senior sales positions at Zenith, Hitachi and Telematrix. Wheeler most recently worked for TeleMatrix as eastern regional sales director.
DiLeonardo International named Andrew Chiu, regional director of Asia Pacific operations, principal.
