To the editor: On behalf of The Travel Business Roundtable, I wanted to thank you for your editorial in the July 15 issue of Lodging Hospitality (pg. 2), in which you write about many of the issues that we, in association with the Travel Industry Association of America, are dealing with in Washington, DC and around the country.

By your writing about these challenges and opportunities, you're asking your readers to help us as we try to educate travelers about why it is important to visit the USA; as well as our elected officials and members of the administration in Washington, about the significant economic and social contributions our industry makes to our country.
