Lexington, KY, Museum Hotel Authorized for New State Incentives
The Kentucky Tourism Development Finance Authority has approved incentives for a planned 21c Museum Hotel in Lexington, adding to financial help approved by another state agency last week.

The hotel project could be eligible for an incentive of up to $9 million in rebated state sales taxes over 10 years.

The tourism authority at a meeting Monday heard a report from Hunden Strategic Partners, the consultant hired to review the application for the hotel. The net fiscal impact to Kentucky is projected to be more than $10.6 million over the 10-year term. Click here for the full story.
