Woman Accuses Ex-Strategic Hotels CEO of Inappropriate Advances
A former employee at the Fairmont Chicago has sued the company that owns the downtown hotel and its recently departed president and CEO, Laurence Geller, alleging that he made inappropriate advances toward her. Lauren Levine, who was a “wine enthusiast” at the downtown hotel, says Mr. Geller took an interest in her after the two met at the Fairmont in December 2010, according to the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Cook County Circuit Court.
