The management shakeup at Wyndham Worldwide continues. Yesterday, the firm announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Virginia Wilson is "leaving the company to pursue other interests."

She'll stay with Wyndham through the third quarter to assist in the transition to another CFO, a search for which is underway.

Last year, the company jettisoned Wyndham Hotels President Steve Rudnitsky and Peter Strebel, who headed the Wyndham Hotels brand. Industry veteran Eric Danziger was hired to fill Rudnistky's slot.

Wyndham's ailing stock price may have played a part in Wilson's demise. Shares closed yesterday at $11.20, down 47 percent from a 52-week high of $20.96.
