Kimpton Hotels joined Marriott International and Four Seasons Hotels on FORTUNE's annual “100 Best Companies To Work For” List. Marriott, ranked 72^nd this year, has made the list every year since 1998 and was one of only four companies recognized with over 100,000 employees. Four Seasons (88^th), like Marriott, is one of 14 companies to make the list all 11 years.

“Our employees are our brand and their happiness in their jobs is our No. 1 priority,” Kimpton CEO Mike Depatie said. He also pointed out his properties were No. 1 in hotel customer satisfaction in the first quarter last year according to Market Metrix. “It says something about how we treat our employees and customers,” he added. “We're doing something right.”

Other companies with a focus or division in the hospitality industry cracking FORTUNE's list include Milliken (64^nd), PricewaterhouseCoopers (58^th) and law firm Perkins Coie (82).
