Former Wyndham Hotels executive Jeff Wagoner is back with the brand as president, replacing Peter Strebel, who’s leaving “to spend more time with his family and pursue other interests.” Strebel had been with Wyndham Hotel Group for eight years and was president of the Wyndham brand since 2005.

Most recently, Wagoner was COO of WhiteFence, an online shopping site for residential home services. Eric Danziger, who on Dec. 1 was named president & CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group, had been CEO of WhiteFence. For six years beginning in 1998, Wagoner was senior vice president of operations for the Wyndham and Wyndham Garden brands. He also oversaw creation of the brand’s innovative Wyndham ByRequest frequent guest program.
