WV Hotel Pool Death Raises CO2 Detector Issue
The state of West Virginia does not require carbon monoxide detectors in commercial buildings, but the death January 31 of a guest staying at a South Charleston hotel may impact legislation.
A faulty pipe attached to a natural gas pool heater was the cause of a carbon monoxide leak that sickened at least three people and left a Rhode Island construction worker dead in his Holiday Inn Express hotel room. Click here for the full story.
