Comfort Suites Settles Autism Discrimination Suit
The owner of Comfort Suites has agreed to settle charges that it discriminated against an autistic man who was fired as a front desk clerk at one of its San Diego hotels.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Monday that Tarsadia Hotels will pay the former employee $125,000 and make sweeping changes to ensure it complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Click here for the full story.
