The 31 million marketable names in MGM Resorts International’s customer database have, until now, been an underused resource. Although MGM Resorts has long had a simple players’ loyalty club, executives have acknowledged it didn’t match competitor Caesars Entertainment Corp.’s much-awarded Total Rewards program.
