First Home2 Suites Opens

In February, Hilton Worldwide debuted its Home2 Suites brand with the opening of a 118-room property in Fayetteville, NC. The mid-tier extended-stay offering is a spinoff from Hilton’s hugely successful Homewood Suites brand and now has a pipeline of 77 hotels. LBA Properties developed and now manages the property for owner Apple REIT. Hilton CEO and President Chris Nassetta was on hand for the grand opening. Read more about the opening here.
