Hotel Plans to Replace 1,000 Glass Panels
Downtown's W Austin Hotel, open just seven months, has temporarily shut down after glass rained down from the 37-story building Tuesday afternoon — the third time that's happened in just over two weeks. The decision to close and move current and incoming guests to neighboring hotels was made jointly by developer Stratus Properties and W management, a spokesman said. Click here for the full story.
