Midtown NYC Hotel Fetches $406M from LaSalle
LaSalle Hotel Properties announced Monday that it has agreed to purchase the Park Central Hotel across from Carnegie Hall in midtown Manhattan for $405.5 million. The deal for the hotel is expected to close in the third quarter of 2011. The hotel will continue to be managed by Highgate Holdings, the property's current owner. Click here for the full story.
