Francine Jackson joins Hospitality Performance Network Global as vice president, recruiting. She joins the global site selection service provider from Hilton Luxury Brands, where she was director of sales, worldwide accounts.

Web developer and Internet marketing firm Vizergy made six appointments: Susan Powell, corporate director of marketing; Brenda Key, Elizabeth Dabbs and Danielle Bennett to the client marketing service staff; Angela Mitchell, web designer; and Sarah Atkins, copywriter.

Gregory Andris joins Molinaro Koger as vice president in the brokerage’s Miami office. He had been managing principal of Caribbean Resort Advisors.

New senior vice president in the Chicago office of HREC Investment Advisors is Scott Kaniewski. He had been with Laurus Strategies.

Andrea Foster rejoins PKF Consulting as vice president in the firm’s Boston office, as a director of hospitality services and national director of spa consulting. She had been vice president of marketing and business development for Miraval, the destination spa in Tucson, AZ.

Former Carlson executive William Sipple joins HVS Capital Corp. as managing director.

Kevin McNamara is the new vice president of commercial air conditioning for LG Electronics. Darren Gibula is the operations director for commercial air conditioning. Both are headquartered in Alpharetta, GA.

S&D Coffee Inc. is enhancing its direct store delivery business with organizational changes: John Morris will lead a newly formed mid-Atlantic division. Rick Babineau will lead the Northeast division. Marty Singleton is responsible for the Central division. Jeff Reid leads the Midwest division. Marc Seder is general manager for the Midwest division.

WATG has appointed Jonathan Wyman director of development. He’ll work with senior leaders to create new business opportunities for the firm’s core service lines of architecture, interiors, planning, landscape and strategy. The company has also added Margaret McMahon to grow the firm’s interior design practice.

Tailored Hospitality and Boutique Hospitality Management have formed Tailored Hospitality International. It offers engineering solutions for the boutique hotel industry.

Josh Swy has been named account executive, sales, for MTS Seating, a manufacturer of banquet and foodservice seating for the hospitality market.

Enrique Aguirre joins ResortCom International as vice president of resort operations for Latin America. He’ll oversee resorts for Tapestry Resorts and LaTour Hotels and Resorts.

Brian Cooley is the new vice president, capital markets, for Cohen Financial, a national real estate capital services firm. He’ll work from the firm’s new Sacramento office.

Brintons Carpets has more design and sales experience with five new appointments: Brian Reed, Eastern regional sales manager; Paul Andino, senior Axminster Design Marine; Katie Nehrbauer, senior Axminster designer; Sarita Stewart, design consultant; and Janice Klink, contract sales executive.

Avendra has renewed its partnership with AS Hospitality. Avendra is a procurement services company for hospitality-related industries. AS Hospitality is a print and graphic communications provider to the hospitality industry.

Spectre Hospitality Resources, a revenue generation and eCommerce firm to the hospitality industry, added four executives: Colleen Foligno, area director of revenue management; Patrick Leland Fox, business analyst; Morgan Martin, area director of revenue management; and Teresa Stowell, area director of revenue management.

The Rainmaker Group tapped Steve Cover as vice president of software development. Cover will lead the LRO and revolution product development groups.

Three hospitality design leads have joined forces to launch SR3 Design, a new interior architectural design firm. Industry veterans Stacey Larsen, Ryan Oxford and Oz Ekviriyakul opened their new firm in Beverly Hills.

Steven Vazquez is the new vice president of Savills LLC’s hotel practice. New York-based Savills LLC is a real estate investment banking company and a part of UK-based Savills plc.

Krstin Vines joined Hospitality Performance Network Global (HPNG) as regional vice president Hawaii. HPNG is a global site selection and meeting procurement company.
