VingCard Elsafe appointed William Oliver vice president and general manager, North America.

Safemark Systems, provider of guestroom safes, named Mickey Wallis director of healthcare sales. The company also renewed its partnership with Avendra, a North American procurement company serving hospitality-related industries.

Dometic Americas’ lodging division promoted Peter Kuzyk to senior national sales manager for North America. As a new vice president at Dometic, Hans Disch will oversee Latin America and the Caribbean.

Quiltcraft Industries and Contract Décor International joined the recently launched Hospitality Sustainable Purchasing Consortium. The Consortium’s mission it to create an industry-wide sustainability performance index.

HVS opened a new hotel consulting and valuation office in Minneapolis headed by Tanya Pierson, a state-certified appraiser with more than 20 years in the hotel industry.

A talent acquisition firm, Horizon Hospitality expanded its reach to convention and visitor bureaus and chambers of commerce. Dave Nolan is executive vice president for the new division.

Global architecture and interior design firm Forrest Perkins is promoting leaders from within and expanding its staff. Jerry Flemons and Mendy Huddleston Winkler are new vice presidents. New senior associates include Ann Theriot and Kelly Beavers. The company also added to its creative staff: Jeff Yang and Claudia Colantonio Woods.

Carlson Hotels renewed its contract with Pegasus Solutions for the company’s Global Commission Processing Services. Carlson uses the services to manage commission tracking and payment for more than 1,000 hotels in 77 countries.

Catherine “CJ” Burgher is the new vice president sales-luxury hospitality for Concept Amenities. She focuses on direct sales of Luxury Collection brands to the four-plus-star hotel market.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler hired William Stadler as senior managing director of the firm’s hotel group in its Dallas office. He focuses on institutional-grade hotel and resort transactions throughout North America and the Caribbean.

The Lenox Hotel in Boston is the first hotel in the Northeast U.S. to install Envision, LodgeNet Interactive’s high-definition, interactive TV platform.

WTS International hired Glenn Colarossi as chief business development officer. WTS is a spa, fitness and leisure facility consultant and manager.

Avendra has renewed its partnership with AS Hospitality. Avendra is a procurement services company for hospitality-related industries. AS Hospitality is a print and graphic communications provider to the hospitality industry.

Spectre Hospitality Resources, a revenue generation and eCommerce firm to the hospitality industry, added four executives: Colleen Foligno, area director of revenue management; Patrick Leland Fox, business analyst; Morgan Martin, area director of revenue management; and Teresa Stowell, area director of revenue management.

The Rainmaker Group tapped Steve Cover as vice president of software development. Cover will lead the LRO and revolution product development groups.

Three hospitality design leads have joined forces to launch SR3 Design, a new interior architectural design firm. Industry veterans Stacey Larsen, Ryan Oxford and Oz Ekviriyakul opened their new firm in Beverly Hills.

Steven Vazquez is the new vice president of Savills LLC’s hotel practice. New York-based Savills LLC is a real estate investment banking company and a part of UK-based Savills plc.

Kristin Vines joined Hospitality Performance Network Global (HPNG) as regional vice president Hawaii. HPNG is a global site selection and meeting procurement company.
