Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts has launched a first, a multi-million dollar TV and online campaign featuring national golf commentator-journalist David Feherty trying to moderate an unscripted conversation between TV personality/golf fanatic George Lopez, shock-rocker/celebrity golfer Alice Cooper, golfing legend Lee Trevino, LPGA star Natalie Gulbis and golf scribe Dan Jenkins.
In the ad, these six assemble in “The Place to Meet,” a Crowne Plaza meeting room. The ad aims to showcase the brand's new golf affinity marketing, highlighted by sponsorship of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at the Colonial PGA golf tournament.
