iBAHN named Jennifer Ranno as vice president of sales for the Americas region. Most recently, she was vice president of accounts for the Americas for SynXis.
New senior vice president and chief financial officer for LodgeNet Interactive is Frank Elsenbast. He succeeds Gary Ritondaro, who is retiring. Elsenbast joins LodgeNet from ShopNBC, where he was a senior vice president and CFO.
Leo Vogel has rejoined Sealy Global Hospitality as new business development manager. Most recently, Vogel was with American of Martinsville, which he joined in 2007 after 13 years with Sealy. In other company news, Sealy is building a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility near Shanghai, China.
Pineapple Hospitality, marketers of eco-friendly products for the lodging industry, added four new partners: CynerGreen, EcoGreenHotel, Advance Laundry and Cellmor.
Mark Lukens joined hospitality real estate advisory firm HREC as a senior vice president in charge of the firm's Seattle office. Before joining HREC, Lukens was senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and before that, vice president of acquisitions for Wyndham Worldwide.
Richard Loughner, Dometic's southeast regional sales manager, was named the company's North American salesman of the year for 2009. He's been with the company for 18 years and has won the salesman of the year award seven times.
SPG Solar named Chris Robine as its new senior vice president and chief financial officer. He replaces Paul McKnight, who's leaving the company. Most recently, Robine was CFO of GE Renewable Energy.
Trepp, a provider of CMBS and commercial mortgage information and analytics, will acquire Foresight Analytics, which provides real estate market analysis for investors, developers and lenders. Terms of the deal weren't announced.
New vice president of operations for Andis Co. is Thomas George. He oversees all phases of the firm's manufacturing operations. His resume includes more than 10 years in manufacturing management with Ford Motor Co.
JohnsonDiversey and JohnsonDiversey Holdings have changed their corporate names to Diversey Inc. and Diversey Holdings, Inc. In addition, Diversey is adopting a new corporate identity, branding and tagline, “for a cleaner, healthier future.”

La Quinta Inns & Suites named Hatchett Hospitality as an approved vendor for three of the eight interior design schemes currently used by the brand.
Bob Battista is the new vice president of commercial sales and national sales manager for MirrorMate, manufacturer of custom frames for plate glass bathroom mirrors. Before joining the firm, Battista was an executive with Larson-Juhl, a manufacturer and distributor of custom frames.
New senior vice president of sales for the hospitality division of Signature Worldwide is Holly Zoba. Before joining Signature, Zoba was the owner of The Scout Report, an Internet marketing consulting service. She also owned Warrenpages, another Internet marketing consultancy, and was director of business development in the central U.S. for Milestone Internet Marketing.
