CocCo Key Resorts Headed to Auction Block

Portfolio Valued Between $35 Million-$65Million
The owners of CoCo Key Water Resorts have put the properties on the auction block. Sage Hospitality LLC, the partnership that owns and operates the resorts, began shopping them to potential buyers last fall through Jones Lang LaSalle. The Chicago real estate brokerage added the package of properties to its auction.com website Jan. 14 ahead of a planned two-day auction commencing Feb. 15. Click here for the full story.
