Hersha Hospitality Affilate Buys For $15 Million
A hotel along Interstate 95 that never opened and sat empty for more than a decade has been sold by an affiliate of Delaware Park to a company that owns dozens of hotels on the East Coast, including two Marriotts in Delaware, officials said. Parkside V LLC, the Delaware Park affiliate, sold the hotel and some adjacent land on Airport Road near New Castle this month for $15 million to a limited-liability corporation connected to Hersha Hospitality Trust.
