Mitchell Allegedly Funneled Hotel Loans into Private Account
Developer Guy Mitchell, 50, of Coral Gables, Fla., has been indicted in what prosecutors allege was a scheme to funnel loans to buy and renovate a Sausalito, Calif., hotel into his personal account. He was indicted along with executives of Integrity Bank, a faith-based Atlanta area lender that displayed engraved stone copies of the Ten Commandments in its branches, and touted its bible-based business policies.
