Guests at Striking Hilton Complain About Service

Hotel Officials Say They're Providing "Exceptional Service"
Some guests at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort and Spa in Waikiki are complaining about their stay at the resort while workers strike. KITV-TV reports that some guests say they have to clean their own rooms, that restaurants are closed and about the noise from protesting strikers. Some Hilton guests also told the station that striking hotel workers have been waking them up early in the morning with chants and bullhorns. Click here for the full story.
