Abu Dhabi Buys Stake in Hyatt

Sovereign Wealth Fund Purchases 10.9 Percent Of Shares
Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, has bought 10.9% of Hyatt Hotels Corp. (H) shares floated by the company, a filing showed Tuesday. The stake brings ADIA's shareholding in the overall company to just under 3%. The bulk of other stock is held in the form of Class B shares by the company's founding Pritzker family.
