Fort Myers, FL Hotel Indigo Faces Money Woes
TIB Bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit on a seven-month-old Hotel Indigo in Fort Meyers, FL. The suit alleges owner DOC Ft. Myers II LLC failed to keep up on payments on a $9.8-million mortgage. The hotel remains open for business. Click here for the full story.
