Pebblebrook Trust Buys Buckhead InterContinental

InterContinental Hotels Group Plc (IHG) on Friday said it agreed to sell its 422-room InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta to Maryland-based Pebblebrook Hotel Trust for $105 million in cash to help grow its management and franchise businesses and reduce capital intensity.
