Naperville’s Holiday Inn Select is becoming a Marriott, and the City Council was eager to show its support for that change Wednesday night. The Naperville City Council voted unanimously Wednesday to ask staff to create an incentive agreement for the renovation and reflagging of the hotel to include sales and hotel tax rebates that could total $10 million over the next 20 years.
